VOLUNTEER
We couldn’t be successful in our mission without the time and talent of our volunteers! We have a variety of volunteer opportunities, from clerical to working directly with our pediatric cancer families. We are looking for people who understand that our priority is always our families, their privacy, and their needs.
We need volunteers willing to help plan events and fundraisers, raise awareness by attending community events on our behalf, deliver meals, sponsor a family for our community care package program, assist with in-office projects, and more. The requirements for each position vary. When filling out the application, you can specify your skills and interests. All volunteers must meet the following expectations:
Respect confidentiality
Be mindful and sensitive when engaging with families
Remain alcohol and drug-free while volunteering for FGP
Provide feedback to help us improve our programs and services.
